If you change your reservation, we advise you to remind your travel agent or UIA reservation service that you have ordered a special meal.
Then during 3days(depends on the bank) the amount is charged from your account
If you fail to check in by the pre-announced flight closing time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and to deny boarding. Please note that if you fail to check in on time you will not be eligible for Denied Boarding Compensation.
A limited number of newspapers are available for Economy Class passengers.
Requests for financial compensation for costs incurred as a result of lost or damaged luggage can be submitted to the UIA Customer Relations Department- click on this link for more information. If you have a travel insurance policy, you can submit your claim to your insurance company along with the PIR Form.
You can claim miles to be retroactively credited on your account for up to 6 months following the flight concerned.
For the automated tracking of your flights you should quote your Panorama Club membership number when making a reservation and present your membership card at the check-in desk before departure, this also applies to partner airlines.
Please note: If you take a flight with our partner Austrian Airlines, make sure to fax/mail a copy of the ticket and boarding passes to the Panorama Club office for mileage crediting.
ATTENTION! According to our agreement with AIR FRANCE and KLM miles for Partner`s flights are credited only if originals of boarding passes and air tickets are presented to Panorama club office:201-203, Kharkivske rd., room 716, Kyiv, 02121, Ukraine.
PIN-code is your Personal Identification Number, which you need to access your account via Internet. PIN-code is sent to a member with the confirmation letter via e-mail. If you forgot your PIN-code – click here and you will get one via e-mail. Alternatively, you may contact Panorama Club office.
For Panorama Club members: you can buy eVoucher discount for your miles.

• you may have entered an incorrect booking reference. Please check your booking reference and try again;
• you may have written your family name wrong. Please check it and try again;
• you do not have a confirmed booking. Please verify that you have a confirmed booking;
• you do not have a ticketed booking. Please verify if your booking is ticketed;
• in your reservation, you requested to travel as an unaccompanied minor or young person travelling alone, or you have indicated certain medical needs or need for special assistance. Due to the special servicing you require, please proceed directly to the airport to complete your check-in procedures;
• your travel party may be too large. Currently, Web check-in is limited to travelling parties with a maximum size of 9. Please proceed directly to the airport to complete your check-in procedures;
• occasionally, our flights may not be open for check-in due to operational exigencies. Please forgive us for any inconvenience caused, and try again later.
- passengers under the age of 18 who are travelling without passengers above the age of 18;
- passengers who have indicated for special assistance, service or with medical assistance to be provided;
- passengers travelling in a group of 10 or more;
- passengers travelling with infant.
