
Information on Web Check-in
Make your airport formalities even easier and smoother by using our web check-in. Save time at the airport and check in before you've even packed your suitcase.
Follow our simple instructions and save your precious time!
To check in for you flight, please, enter your e-ticket number and your family name. You can also enter a Booking Reference or your Panorama Club card number. A Booking reference has 5 characters (letters and/or digits). A Booking reference is available on your ticket or in a confirmation e-mail for your e-ticket. Passenger's family name should be entered as it is written in the ticket.

Baggage
Once you have checked in online, all you have to do before departure is to drop off your baggage at a baggage drop-off point or at the check-in desk, depending on the airport. In case you do not have any baggage to drop off, please proceed directly to the airport security control.
At most airports you can start checking-in your baggage 2 hours before your flight departure. Deadline for baggage drop-off corresponds to check-in deadline of your flight, therefore please check the check-in deadlines at your particular airport.
Please note: before boarding an aircraft you will have to show the printed version of your boarding pass. If the web check-in service is not available, we would kindly ask you to proceed to the nearest check-in counter at the airport. Thank you!
Dangerous goods
Make sure you do not leave your baggage unattended at any time. If it had been left unattended or if you have been given articles to carry by another person, you must contact the check-in counter at the airport.
No dangerous goods are allowed in either checked baggage or hand baggage. For details please check this page.
Bringing liquids on board
In compliance with international security regulations, any liquid items (including gels, pastes and similar) which are carried into an aircraft cabin must be packed in individual containers with a capacity of not up to 100ml (1 dl). These containers must themselves be carried in a re-sealable transparent plastic bag with a maximum capacity of one litrr, to enable them to be separately screened at airport security checkpoints.
Web check-in FAQ
• You have entered an incorrect booking reference (please check your booking reference number and try again).
• You have misspelled your family name (please check it and try again).
• You do not have a confirmed booking (please make sure that you have a confirmed booking).
• You do not have a ticketed booking (please verify if your booking is ticketed).
• In your reservation, you requested to travel as an unaccompanied minor or have indicated certain medical needs or a need for special assistance. Due to special servicing you require, please proceed directly to the airport to complete your check-in procedures.
• Your travel group may be too large. Currently, web check-in is available to up to 9 adult passengers travelling together. Please proceed directly to the airport to complete your check-in procedures.
• Occasionally, our flights may not be open for check-in due to operational requirements. We are sorryfor any inconvenience caused. Please try again later.
- passengers under the age of 18 who are travelling without passengers aged 18 years and over;
- passengers who have indicated a need for special assistance, service or with medical assistance to be provided;
- passengers travelling as part of a group of 10 or more people;
- passengers travelling with an infant (infants).
