Special Meals

If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.

We can provide you with the following types of special in-flight meals upon request: vegetarian and kosher. Both types are available on international flights only (in both economy and business class).

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for special meal requests. Unfortunately, variations of the meal request cannot be accepted.

You can request a special meal while booking and buying your ticket at UIA ticket offices, any of our representative offices or a travel agency. If you have made your booking online at www.flyuia.com, you can order a special meal by using our special contact form or via our call-centre at +38 044 581 5050 no less than 48 hours prior to departure.

If you are booking through a travel agency, please make sure that you get a copy of your reservation details confirming your special meal request. Should you change your reservation, we advise that you remind your travel agent or UIA booking service about your special meal request. We also recommend that you re-confirm your request the day before departure and when checking in for your flight.
